Are these two codes redundant?

O33.5XX0 Maternal care for disproportion due to unusually large fetus
O26.843 Uterine size-date discrepancy

No the first code you listed is for when LGA(large for gestational age) has been confirmed and affects the pregnancy/delivery. The second code is for when the provider states the size and dates of pregnancy don't match, but a large baby has not been confirmed yet (usually by ultrasound)
