Do I just bill the services at the nursing home with the 32 place of service code or do I have to enter when the patient went into the nursing home? I have to put that information in for hospital patients but I am not sure about nursing home visits. Any feed back would be great!

I always have to add the admit date to nursing home visits. I hope that this helps.
