Wiki Nursing Home & Prolonged w/o Direct Contact

I just realized that there is an NCCI edit for nursing home visits and prolonged services without direct contact (99358, 99359). I checked office visits, hospital, home, and even domiciliary visits and found no edits for any of those. Why nursing home visits? Could this be an error in the NCCI edits?
