If we bill out a consult performed by a N/P and then an injection procedure by the Dr - can we bill out the consult with a 25 mod? They are both under the same tax ID#. I say yes but wanted to make sure that since the consult is billed under the NP and injection is billed under the DR that it was ok. Two different providers under same Tax ID.

The -25 could certainly be appended. They are, as you've stated, part of the same group/same tax ID#.
