Wiki number of elements

Can anyone please give me their opinion on the number of elements present in this HPI?

Patient presents with psychiatric evaluation. Patient is transferred from nursing home for evaluation secondary to aggressive behavior there. Patient petitioned and felt to be reasonable harm to others and felt in need of inpaatient hospital hospital care. No acute pain or illness complaints on exam.

Okay, I'll give it a shot

This was tough and the ones I do see, I am not 100% as I believe a case can be made for NONE. But I think you can get at least context (either NH or around others) and quality (aggressive). Using the "behavior" as the present illness made me go there. Other than those two, and again I think they are weak, I don't see anything.
