How would you code this:
T6,T7,T8 hemilaminectomy; epidural tumor resection
I was thinking 63276 but the dr is saying 63046, 63048,63048
I appreciate any thoughts on this. :confused:
 
sometimes my doctor will do the same he says that it was also done for spinal stenosis. I believe the 63276 has the HIGHER RBRVS so I would go with that.
