Hello! Does anyone out there have a lot of experience with billing for Nurse Practitioners, either alone or as incident to? Thanks!!!

NPP billing is simple:
1. bill as the NPP and take the lower payment but they must be credentialed and working within their state guidelines for services performed.
2. Bill 'incident to' but make sure you know the rules as some carriers have different rules than CMS.
