Has anyone gotten 36471 approved by medicare when done by an NP?

Also If an NP sees a patient for an OV and they also get an ultrasound same day in the office but the DR is reading the ultrasound but is not in the office. Can you bill the OV under the NP but the ultrasound under the DR since a 93970 is considered general supervision and the DR doesnt have to be in the office to bill under his provider #?
