Wiki NP Coding in Clinic Setting

Hi everyone,
Question is from a Doctor in the neurology practice I work for, she runs an ALS clinic and a NP sees patients in this clinic, basically follow-up visits I am thinking. Anyway the doctor would like to know how to bill for this NP so the NP gets reimbursed only. If anyone knows I would truly appreciate it. The doctor runs the ALS clinic and the NP would be an employee of the clinic but not our practice. Very confusing!

You would bill under the NP's name. This is not an incident-to situation, unless there is more to the story.

I believe she is an Independent contractor.
