Wiki Notes at a SNF

Good morning,

We bill for our doctors seeing patients at the SNFs.
Do we need to have their notes sent to the clinic so that we can scan into our EMR to support the biling we are doing in our PMS for the SNF visits in case the billing was ever audited?
