My doc 'removed a distal locking screw through a percutaneous incision and the nail was extracted with an extractor. 10mL of Norian bone grafting material was used to inject the femoral head and neck to help avoid stress riser from hardware removal. This was done under flurorscopy revealing satisfactory injection.'

How would I code the injection of grafting material? Could I use 20900?or would it be an unlisted? This doctor is non-participating with the patients insurance.

The diagnosis is painful hardware 996.49 & V54.01

sounds like an allograft which would be inclusive to nail removal.
