Hello all,

Pre/Post DX: Nonunion of previous Lapidus arthrodesis
Procedure: ORIF with takedown of old hardware and refixation of Lapidus nonunion.
plate/and 6 screws placed with no motion at joint which was well compressed.

Use 28740 since bunion not removed?
