Wiki Nonresponsive to antibiotic therapy

I have a physician that was treating an UTI with antibiotics and patient was unresponsive to the treatment. The physician has tried several different prescriptions on the patient but has not had any success. Is there a diagnosis code that I can use the state this patient was unresponsive? Or is there even one out there?? Any suggestions??
