I am hoping someone can help me? Our surgeon took the patient to the OR for extensor tendon repair and treatment of fx of rt middle finger but he did nonexcisional debridements of abrasions of lt index finger, left middle finger PIP/MCP, left ring finger, left shoulder, multiple abrasions over both knees and right hip. Do I use the 11042 and add up all the nonexcisional debridements and use the add 11045 or do i use the 11042 for each individual debridements. Thank you for any assistance you can give me.
