My behavioral health provider recived a crisis call and spoke with pt and family to get patient admited to ER for 5150. He spent over 60min with the patient and family on the phone as well as talking to doctor at the ER. What CPT code can my psychologist use? I know he can not bill out Crisis Code as (face to face time is required). Nor can he bill out telephone code 99441-99444? Thank you for any help with this question.
