Wiki No Anesthesia experience. Need help coding

I could use some help determining what anesthesia codes should be billed for EGD and colonoscopy done in ASC. We generally do not employ the Dr here so I'm not really even sure we can bill for his service. Does anyone have any insight as to when and how?
