My doctor performed a right nipple reconstruction. I will post part of the op note below. My question is this.....Plastic surgery coding companion describes this procedure as being done with skin grafts usually taken from the ear, labia or areola. My doctor performed more of a rotational flap so I was thinking of using 14000 but I wanted opinions.

"A right nipple reconstruction was performed using a random skin flap oriented within the existing skin paddle scar and turned on itself in spiral fashion to recreate the nipple. On both breasts, a bilateral advancement of lateral skin flaps onto the existing breast mound was performed to tighten the lateral poles."
