First of all, you have some good work experience, and I wish you well on your job hunt. I wanted to point out something on your resume that you will definitely want to fix.
As a hiring manager, I would be cautious about hiring you with an email like 'illegalmonkey'. It may be a joke, but from my perspective, I don't want any drama in my hospital and your resume would go right into the trash.
Why don't you open a gmail account and create an email that's less controversial. We are professionals, so it's important to present youself as one.
