I am so new at this, I need some help...

Dr. did a cystoscopy, left retrograde ureteropyelography, dilation of LT ureteral stricture, insertion of LT ureteral stent, RT retrograde ureteropyelography, RT ureteroscopy, Biopsy and fulguration of a small, 0.5 - 2 cm dia. range, bladder lesion.

Was the stricture dilation done with a cystoscopy or a ureterscopy? There are two different CPT codes depending on the tool used. Check your bundling edits, because usually 52005 will bundle to the 52332. Otherwise I think you're code choices look good. Did your physician also interept the retrograde pyelogram? Look at 74420, 26.
