I am new to this area and was wondering if anyone could direct me either to classes that I could take or a good reference book to learn orthpaedic surgical coding. Mainly for the area of joint replacements, trigger finger, carpal tunnel, joint arthoscopy, rotator cuff and ACL repairs and related areas of this nature.
