I believe this question was posted on several occasions but here I go. New patient present for monoclonal gammopathy. A/P states MGUS, leukocytosis, degenerative changes due to RA and chronic steroid use. Wait and watch off therapy. (No additional workup)
If there's no additional workup but 4 working Dx's and a max of 1 Dx under treatment/Dx's options, am I stuck with 3 under "number of dx's or tx options"?
