I have all the information on the Influenza Tri-valent codes for the 2024-2025 season but cannot find out about billing the components for the adults. We have always just billed components for the children with commercial insurances, but nothing for the adults or Medicare patients. Does any one know where I can find that information? I have been researching for hours.

Vaccine administration is not billed by component for adults. You use 90471 for first vaccine admin and 90472 for each additional.
