I just heard that there are new ICD-10 codes as of October 1. Do any of these apply to dermatology?

Hi, Can someone point me in the right direction as to where I can find the new/deleted and changed ICD 10 code that went into effect on 10/1/23 on the CMS website. Thank you.

The 2024 ICD-10-CM files below contain information on the ICD-10-CM updates for FY 2024. These 2024 ICD-10-CM codes are to be used for discharges occurring from October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024 and for patient encounters occurring from October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024. Note:
