Wiki new food ingestion challenge codes 95076

The new codes for food ingestion challenges state in the guidelines if the testing is stoped 61 min or less you may use an E&M service if appropriate. I am wondering if you can us the new code 95076 with modifier 52? This would be for the fascility for outpatient testing. Any thoughts?
