Did the new E/M go into effect as of Jan 1? I did look at the Medicare Fee schedule and the Fee's increased substantially.

Yes. I believe CMS published their final version of the schedule on 12/27/20.

Thank you, i have been looking on the Novitas website and the fee schedule I noticed just changed today
