CRC seeking remote or on-site (Columbus Ohio area) HCC position.
Seasoned worker with 7 years experience in audited production coding for scientific databases (pharmaceutical, chemical), background in technical writing and project management (biotech grant-writing), extensive laboratory experience in polymer-based pharmaceutical synthesis (renal failure, cholesterol) and biosensor fabrication (blood glucose; diabetes), managing/training laboratory interns, and college-level teaching (biology, biochemistry, associated laboratory classes).
I strive for efficiency and accuracy.
Master’s degree in biochemistry (OSU), including coursework in medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, physiological chemistry.
Responsible, reliable, excellent communicator, oral presentation experience, accustomed to production coding with hourly quota and continuous audit. Self-managed, remote and on-site experience in grant-writing, project management, client coaching.
People skills: public speaking (grant-writing, presentation, coaching), teaching, 5 years (ongoing) managing/chaperoning high school marching band students (freshman thru senior) at weeklong overnight bandcamps (in the cabins with the students), educational trips and competitions, and 2 years working as night-shift nurses’ aide in a nursing home (hands-on patient care).
