There was only one DX change for this year and the CPT changes haven't come out. If you do manage to get them please let me in on them. I know that Eletrophysiology has 13 code changes 2013 but we haven't been able to get them yet.

There were no new diagnosis codes for 2013. The CPT code books will arrive depending on when you ordered them. The AMA rarely publishes the changes outside of the code book itself. However due to so many changes this year they did make the CPT book available earlier than previous years so if you ordered it early you should get it very soon (mine will arrive tomorrow!)
