Wiki new coder needs help

Can you bill a 29879, 29881 and 29875 together. The procedure was a synovitis debridement in the anterior compartment and a medial menisectomy and abrasion arthroplasty in medial compartment? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you read your CPT book 29875 is separate procedure and you add a 59 mod. The other two codes can be billed together.
