2. EPI and Narcan 2 mg IV given
3. Bilateral anteior pleural taps done to assess for pneumothorax; aseptic technique with 14 gauge needles second right and left ICS MCL
4. Pericardialcentesis done
5. Rt subclavian line canulation
6. Fast Heart Bedside Ultrasound
