I am looking at 10120 vs 20520.
Procedure: removal of retained foreign wooden splinter left finger, irrigation and debridement of skin, subcutaneous skin and subcutaneious tissue down to the flexor tendon sheath.
op note reads: A small incision was fashioned over the radial aspect of the index finger with a small portion of the mid lateral incision and extending it slightly obliquely across the volar aspect of the proximal phalanx. Patient was found to have two pieces of splinter, one short piece and one long piece for a total measurement of at least 1.7 cm. This was removed in its single entirety. The wound was thoroughly irrigated with antibiotic solution. patient was also noted to have one single small fiber of foreign body which might have been a piece of her glove.
