Wiki new coder needs help - debridement and irrigation

Does anyone know if debridement and irrigation is included in codes 26356 or 64831? I have an op note for repair of flexor tendon (26356) and suture of digital thenar nerve and the doc also wants to include 11043 for irrigation and debridement of left thumb and index finger lacerations. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

26356 or 64831

According to CCI edits 11043 is not bundled. You will need to use the modifier 51 on 11043 when coding with 26356 or 64831
