Wiki new coder needs help - acromioclzavicular

I have an op note for procedure ORIF acromioclzavicular joint shoulder. The doctor also repaired a tear of the coracoclavicular and acromioclavicular ligaments. Does anyone know if all of this is included together. Would 23550 be appropriate for the ORIF and if the ligament repairs are not included in the 23550, what CPT code would be appropriate for the repair of the liagments.

Per Encoder and CMS website you can bill for the repair of the ligament also. I would use 23130 for the ligament release and add a 59 mod.
