Wiki New Coder needing help with coding shoulder procedure

Doctor performed the following:
1. Right Shoulder diagnostic arthroscopy
2. Right shoulder operative arthroscopy with debridement
3. Right shoulder diagnostic bursoscopy
4. Right shoulder operative bursoscopy with
a. debridement bursal side tear rotator cuff tendon
b. subacromial decompression (excision of coracoacromial ligament, subtotal
bursectomy, and acromioplasty)
c. Mumford procedure (excision of distall third of clavicle)
5. Right shoulder insertion indwelling pain pump catheter into the subacromial space.

I've chosen 29826 & 29824-51 as my codes. Is there an additional code needed for the indwelling pain pump catheter implantation? If so what code should I use?

where was the debridement? What was size of distal excision (must be 8-10mm). Can you post op?

Debridement was of rotator cuff tendon and labral tears. Excision was 18 mm. Not able to post Op Report.

ok then you can capture 29824 and since the debridement was of the RC and labrum you could also capture 29823 extensive debridement since it was multiple soft tissues..
