We closed our clinic on Monday and opened Tuesday the next day under a new clinic name and new owner, same location and same patients, with the same doctors, with new tax ID number. My owner/doctor wants to bill new patient codes for the patients he sees under the new clinic name and new tax ID number. Can we bill new patient codes for new clinic, same doctor, same patitents?? Please HELP!!
