Anyone have a solution to billing bi-lateral stents to WPS since the new edits went into place?
Historically - We would use RT and LT and both paid according to the multiple surgery rule. WPS said they would no longer allow 2 lines and if you used a 50 modifier you could only use 1 unit. Should we use RT and LT,59?
Any help would be appreciated.
