I am trying to find out what we can bill when a patient returns after the trial period and the leads are removed? Our nurses perform this, review the diary, assess the patient under supervision of our MD- can we bill for a nurse visit? I have been to Medtronic's coding page but can't find this addressed.

Any help would be appreciated
