My physician did a Middle Fossa Craniotomy iwth repair of the superior semicircular canal dehiscense........approach thru the SSCCD................
Any idea of a code for this? I can't even find an "Unlisted Code" in this section.

Look at 61591/61605, bearing in mind that the "definitive" codes can be used for repair as well as resection or excision.
