1) Can a surgeon (Hand Surgeon in this case) bill for intraoperative
"neurological stem testing" and if yes, what would be the correct
CPT?
2) The same surgeon "assessed, evaluated and confirmed"
placement of a wound VAC in the OR, what would the code be for
this?
