Wiki Nerve Conduction testing

We are experiencing some problems with medicare only paying for four nerves tested via nerve conduction study. We usually will test the patient bilaterally for comparison. We use procedure code 95937 for carpal tunnel and tarsal tunnel. Has anyone come across this problem?
