Wiki Nerve Block time for intra-operative anesthesia

I have a case where a nerve block was placed and used for an orthro procedure on the foot. the case was 60 minutes long. The placement of the block took 15 minutes. Can we include the time to place the block with the time of the case which would make the case 75 minutes?

Is there any documentation on this? If yes, where can I find it?
