I am having issues on finding a substantial proper code for nerve block injection for a hip? I am being told 20610 for major joint injection +materials?

is this correct, I do see nerve block descrip in the 64XXX series but it is by nerve root? and some for infusion?

if these are truly joint/bursal injections then you would use the 20610.

If it is nerve blocks that are being performed then you should be looking at the 64xxx codes.
