Our Nephrology recently staring seeing patients nursing home. The patients are residents there. The Dialysis Services are actually being provided by Concerto which a traveling Dialysis Unit that bring their services to the Nursing Home.
Our providers see the patients at the Nursing Home . What is the appropriate location of service that should be used for our services. We would use "32" for this scenario? Using "12" for a home visit does not seem appropriate. Nor does using "65"
which is what we use for Dialysis Centers. I think is important we provided the correct location of where those services are being rendered. Thanks
