Hi:

Could anyone help me to find out the cpt code for diagnostic naso or nasal endoscopy done under general anesthesia, 31231 is usually done without or with local anesthesia

For diagnostic there is no other code. Have you tried billing it - and you're saying that the billing from the Anesthesiologist doesn't get reimbursed - because it is considered an 'office procedure'? If you showed that it was medically necessary to use general anesthesia, the payer may cover it. I would contact the payer and ask about performing the procedure with general anesthesia. They may have coverage guidelines that allow it for particular diagnoses/circumstances.
