Wiki Needs modifier help

ortho practice- billing 99213, 20550 F9,j3301 x1 and we also are billing 29130(splint) how would u bill this? more importantly the splint is for another finger, other then the inection that was performed on this day

I would put a modifier 25 on the E&M (providing the documentation supports it) and and the correct F modifier for the splint.

Mod 59

Since the splint is for a different finger, would you also append a mod -59 for the splint, in addition to the appropriate F_ ? Just wondering/learning. Mary
