Hello all - I have a pain management provider that is upset she's losing money when she has to buy separate, larger needles than the ones that come in the regular epidural kit for patients who are morbidly obese. She's wondering if she has to incur that cost or can the excess be billed to the insurance or patient. I think I already know the answer, but am hoping for other's comments or suggestions.
