What if we had a revision of a Roux-en-Y gastrojejunostomy with enterectomy due to a small bowel obstruction secondary to small bowel intussusception? The patient was several years PO from a gastrectomy w Roux-en-Y gastrojejunostomy due to peptic ulcer disease. I was looking at 43860 but am concerned that it will be denied because this Roux-en-Y was not created due to morbid obesity. Any thoughts or suggestions?
