Working in an infertility clinic is always challenging! Looking for oligoteratozoospermia as a dx. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

I believe that you want 606.1 which is Oligospermia - Def: Insufficent # of sperm in the semen and 792.2 which means Abnormal Spermatozoa
