I need suggestions on ICD-9cm code for the rare capitellum fracture. I think this is a fracture associated with radial head fx and posterior dislocations of the elbow, or distal humerus and prox ulna or disruption of the medial (ulnar) collateral ligament and the distal radioular joint. The more I read, the more confusing this fracture is be coming. Your help is needed.
