Dr. has ask me to find code for .....Excison of the left nasolabial cyst to a gingivobuccal sulcus incisioin....i came up with 40812....he does not like it and says there is a better one. Looks like he made the incison in the gingivobuccal sulcus and went to the nose to get the cyst....any help is good. thanks...:eek:
 
30124?

I"m no expert, but what about ...

30124 has a higher RVU than 40812 ... but I don't think it's "perfect" either.

30125 is for a cyst that involves bone and/or nasal cartilage.
