Can anyone tell me how you would code bone on bone right hip? I think I know what I would do but I just want to hear from other coders and get your opinions. Thanks

Hi there, I am assuming you are looking for a diagnosis code. Bone on bone (usually) refers to arthritis, or osteoarthritis.
